The head of the Special Investigation Service of Georgia Koka Katsitadze paid an official visit to the Republic of Armenia
On March 4-7, 2024, the head of the Special Investigation Service of Georgia, Koka Katsitadze, paid an official visit to the Republic of Armenia, where he was hosted by the Head of the Investigative Committee of the RA, Argishti Kyaramyan.
Along with the head of the Special Investigation Service, the first deputy, Giorgi Kvaratskhelia, the head of the investigative department, Nikoloz Darchashvili, and the head of the general inspection, Giorgi Nozadze, were present in the Republic of Armenia.
The parties expressed readiness for further deepening and development of the existing cooperation between the law enforcement authorities of Georgia and Armenia. Koka Katsitadze and Argishti Kyaramyan talked about reforms implemented in various investigative directions, projects focused on the protection of citizens' rights, and the importance of sharing information and experience within the framework of cooperation.
The memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia and the Special Investigative Service of Georgia, which was signed by Koka Katsitadze and Argishti Kyaramyan in the city of Yerevan.
The meeting was attended by Giorgi Sharvashidze, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Georgia to the Republic of Armenia.
